No response

I send my assignments in more than a month ago wated 3 weeks did not get any response. called the call center and put queries in for the department to get my results and I am still waiting. its going for another 2 weeks now with no response. how are a distance learner suppose to study like this. I also paid the full amount for me books but still did not receive all my books. send emails in for the books and get no response. can someone please sort this out for me
