NO RESPONCE

On the 02/11/2016 i requested cancellation due to financial difficulties and was advise that i should put the studies on hold till i am able to continue with the course. I have had such big problems as the college kept debiting my account after the request gone through 9 months later after i sent a follow up email the debits stopped.

I must say getting hold of the college have been impossible no response at all, no since this has had a very negative impact on my credit records i decided to cancel completely as i have had NO joy from them. sent the below email and still no feedback?

Please see attached cancellation request. Kindly be advised that the cancellation request is poorly because:

1. I was misinformed. 2. My Course was delayed due to undelivered Study Material. 3. No Feedback on Assignments. 4. I requested to put my studies on hold due to financial difficulties, but the request was ignored resulting in demolishing my credit record with the bank. 5. No feedback

Kindly note that i have paid more than half of the course but no service.

honestly i dont know who to count on for assistance as i have been ignored, the money paid gone to the drain and only gained heartache.
