NO REPLY FROM DAMELIN ABOUT REFUND

This is my second complaint in Hello Peter and my matter has still not been resolved.<br> I registered with Damelin on December 2014 and only received SOME of my study material only in May 2015. To date my study material is still outstanding. Every time I call I get different stories from the very unprofessional call center agents. My employer paid the FULL amount of my study fees. The consultant in the Pretoria branch, Caroline, would call me everyday requesting payment. The amount is being deducted from my salary on a monthly basis but I have nothing to show for it.<br> I finally decided that i want to cancel completely and find another institution, which I have. I have requested a FULL refund but I am getting no where. I received a call from someone, Bukhosi on the 26th of June 2015 requesting that i send a formal request to cancel my registration. I did so the same day and received an automated response saying that they would send me confirmation of receipt of my email with in 3 days. I still have not received anything.<br> I have read so many bad reviews and I'm more convinced than ever that i wan to cancel.My employer is assisting me in taking the legal route to resolve this matter.<br>
