No Refund Yet - 5 Months.
My Previous complaint refers. <br> <br> Student: 424727, SURELDA DU TOIT<br> <br> <br> I have been waiting since August for my refund to be paid out. After 'getting lost' in the system the refund had to be approved for a second time in August. I was told that this would be done within 3 Months. It has been 5 months and I am still waiting. <br> <br> I am horrified at the service I have received. This is truly pathetic. <br> <br> Please follow up and ensure that the funds are returned ASAP or I will have to contact the ombudsman and a lawyer.
