No refund after almost a year. Shocking service

After almost a year of waiting I have still not received my refund. The only communication I receive is" we have escalatated your claim to the relevant department " or" we acknowledge receipt of your email. Please be advised you will receive feedback soonest. "

How long is soonest? A year? 2 years?

I cancelled my course due to the fact that none of my assignments that were submitted were marked. Then the excuse was they cannot find my assignments yet they get emailed?

All I want is my refund. All paperwork is signed and accepted.
