NO REFUND AFTER A YEAR

i cancelled my service with Damelin and requested for a refund on my exam fees since MArch 2014.<br> <br> they attempted to make contact and said they are handling my refund.<br> <br> still to date nothing has been done.<br> <br> i emailed them again 27.05.2015 and they finally responded the below<br> <br> Good day<br> <br> Thank you for your enquiry.<br> <br> Hope this email finds you well.<br> <br> <br> Please be advised that your refund has been authorised for payment date of 19/06/2015. As soon as payment has been released, I will proved the proof of payment for you.<br> <br> <br> <br> For any other queries not relating to refunds, please contact the college on ***or ***.<br> <br> still to date nothing has been refunded.<br> <br> <br>
