No Qualifications Received

I completed my course in 2021 for Logistics and Supply Chain Management and till this day I have literally nothing to prove that I studied with Institution. I've tried call and mailing numerous times but nada response.

I am utterly disgusted by the service received, Fees paid in full in 2020 but feedback or response to advise if they are assisting. :( :(
