No help for completed students.

I have been submitting and resubmitting my assignments for months. Have mails and requests and case numbers. No one assists. I have attended my exams, yet my results show "0". I have several statement of results... Yet they are incorrect and I have to ask for it to be corrected ... And then I don't hear anything again. I've been to exams where they don't even know I've been enrolled to even have an exam. I've had to have a course extension because of damelin delaying things and even sending the wrong study material!! I'm finished my course. But it seems damelin does not know I even exist?? I have to call intec then damelin, then intec. I'm exhausted! I'm being denied a certificate because damelin can't get their act together. Disappointed and fed up .
