No help!

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for sometime now to once agin enquire about my student portal, once someone did answer me they said it will be done but till now im still waiting

I have missed assignments because i didnt even know we had assignments also i keep getting messages to pay but i have already paid all that was required.

This is all unacceptable, how are we supposed to get anything done.
