No help!!!

After numerous phone calls and emails, I have no choice but to voice my issues. I app**** to study at Damelin last year. I app**** to do 2 courses. I am doing my revised Grade 12 and a business certificate. At first I thought it was a bit much to do all at once. My concerns were quickly put to bed when I was told that my revised Grade 12 could be done within 6 months as I would right my 6 subjects in June/July. It would then give me enough time to concentrate on my business certificate which has 18 months to complete. My pain starts here, I have been waiting since last year for my text books to start preparing myself for my exams in June/July. I called a numerous amount of times from the end December to be told I'll get it in January, to be told it's on its way. I received nothing in January and 2 weeks into February I recieved some books but not everything... I am still waiting for a few more books and it's now the end of February. I don't know how I am expected to be ready for my exams and this has now become a problem for me and starting my other course. I have had no response from Damelin and how I'm expected to get through it. I feel like I have wasted my time and money...
