No feedback received till today

Hi my name is Salome Sekgobela ,Ive cancelled my course and I keep on getting Sm's that I need to make urgent payment to avoid being listed.I called on the 6 February spoke to Claudia Munsamy debt collector which she very help full she advised my policy is cancel but my name has to be removed on their system, which she doesn't have access. She sent email to DCCCancellations on the 6.02.2015 cc me on it till today I haven't received any feedback. She gave me this number *** to call back to get feedback. I called and there was this consultant who answered phone gave her my student number and she put me on hold for almost 30min then I end up dropping the line .she never came back to me.Please remove my name on your profile with immediate effect.<br>
