NO Feedback on my cliams from 24 August

Hi my name is Bronwin Kuhn<br> I have problems with one of my assignments and I have emailed them since 24 August <br> and I still have not received the data I needed to complete my assignment I have phoned in and they just ask me my student number and problem that I have I will explain and everything this so that they can say just hold on and cut my call after 11 min of holding on I have emailed them so many times and still till now I have nothing for it has been a long time that I have been waiting to finish my Assignment 3 From Pastel V12 .2.1 my question was ,on my pastel Assignment 3 they ask I have to restore a company block from my data disc and change the following information on it but I don't have the company block on my data Disc to complete my assignment but I have emailed and I attached my assignment and every thing to the DCCSUPPORT group but still nothing till now I just can see how I should stay positive if I don't get help of service from Damelin Correspondence College I just want to finish my Assignments and do my exam but I just don't get what I need to complete my assignment I have been patient up till now and I have emailed so many times as well nothing :(
