No feedback on Cancellation or Refund

I have been calling for months and spoke to Nkateko, Felicia, Russell and many more. I sent numerous emails with no response. Once I complained on hellopeter.com I started getting responses. This was still months after registration.<br> My tuition was paid in full without any hassles but get an answer from anyone proved to be difficult.<br> I regret registering with Damelin Correspondence and am no longer interested in studying with you. I therefore request a FULL REFUND of fees paid.<br> Awaiting your urgent response.<br> <br> This is what i sent to Damelin on 23 June 2015. I was then told that in exactly 4 weeks I would have feedback. I posted on Facebook and received a call from Russel and he CONFIRMED that i would have feedback 24 July 2015.I called Damelin again today, was kept on hold for so long and was told that feedback woyld be provided within this week. <br> The service from this Institution is absolutely appalling. I am now going the legal route.
