No feedback, No results, No professionalism

I studied for a qualification in Short-term Insurance through Damelin and Inseta from last year March to this year March. I have been advised that I was found competent in July and my results were issued. Later on I was advised that I had to redo the logbook as it was not satisfactory according to Inseta. I did what I had to do and resubmitted the logbook, I have been inquiring with the Braamfontein regarding the results since September till today I haven't gotten any feedback from them. I find this very unprofessional and uncalled for. By now I should have my certificate all I have is questions and they are not answered to.
