No feedback, no refund, theft!

<p>I cancelled my registration 1 day after paying the FULL upfront course amount and 3 months later still no feedback on what the status of the refund is! Everytime I call someone refers me to someone else and I get promised a response in 24 hours... nothing happening. Now when I call the refund department, they simply hang up the call, or someone answers and puts it on mute so my cellphone bill is running. I am furious!!!! This is theft!!!!</p>
