No feedback no certificate after studies

Absolutely disappointed with the service, well there is no service i finished my studies 3 years ago and still awaiting my certificate. I have to follow up with them on everything i haven't received any service fron them what so ever. Even after my 10th query they just forward me to someone else who also doesn't assist.
