NO FEEDBACK FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW

<p> </p> <p>I wanted to cancel my studies at Damelin Correspondence College as I started to work out of country sometimes. If I cancelled my studies I had to pay 80% of the course and they suggested I put my studies on hold.</p> <p>I emailed Evodia Schoeman this application to put my studies on hold on the 6th April 2017 07h26.</p> <p>Since then I email her almost every second / third week to follow up and she doesn't reply and if she replies she only says she did a follow up and waiting for feedback.</p> <p>My last email I received from her was 22nd May 2017 17h25.</p> <p>Afterwards I send her an email on 1st June 2017 14h44 and 6th June 2017 07h33 and I received a read receipt, but got no reply from her.</p> <p>I did email her again today 11h29 asking for feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is getting so frustrated as if I call the call centre it takes 30minutes before they put me through to a consultant and I can't speak to Evodia Schoeman as she does not have a direct phone number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wish I never signed up to study at Damelin Correspondence College !!!!</p>
