No feedback/correspondance

I've been sending emails to damelin from my personal and damelin.me account since last month. All they do is send you the automated email stating that the turnaround time is 48 hours. However it rather looks like 48days or more... All i want to know is assignment and exam dates and location. If they cant even help with that then they wont help when i have questions or need help with my course. At this im fedup and i want my money back! I'll send back the study guides and the memory stick. Please cancel everything and pay back my money!
