No feedback and being ignored

I was advised to register for CIS programme by one of the student advisors at Damelin Correspondence in 2008, of which I registered for, but got billed for CIS programmes 1, 2 and 3. My account was handed over to debt collectors, DMC, as I struggled to pay. My Damelin account balance has escalated so high, with interests and other charges built into it. I only received one manual from Damelin. I am now paying an endless amount as interests keep on creeping in. I needed to understand why I was charged for 3 years of study not knowing whether I would make it to 2nd or 3rd year of study. I have phoned Damelin Correspondence and emailed them requesting my signed registration contract. When they do pick up their phone I would be transferred from one person to the other and eventually the would cut off, as for emails, they are never responded to. I needed to obtain my registration contract as I have never received a copy of my contract and need to understand why I have been charged for 3 years of study instead of one. I am still paying the account even today, but need to get to the bottom of this so I know what I am paying for.
