NO exam results released

I have been waiting since End Jan for my exam results. This institution is the only one in the country who takes 3 months to release results. The students have to sit and sweat in order to get their results. Results were due 10 Feb. I am still waiting. I have been calling more than once a day and they keep promising I will get the sms. I am fed up and just need my results please......
