no exam confimation letter

Damelin had issues with the venues for the students to write their exams, so they delayed in sending out the confirmation letters for the exams, they did not communicate the dates of the exams due to the above mentioned. i then picked up the phone to call them and inquire about the dates on the 26th of May, they sent me the overview list of the dates on the same day which indicated that the first exam would be on the 1st of June. this was not enough time to apply for a study leave from my employer, I called them to complain and to ask them about the confirmation letter in order to negotiate with my employer about my leave. This cased a lot of problems with my manager because it was a short notice and with no confirmation letter. <br> <br> i phone Tyrone L. Booysen, on the 27th of may but he avoided my call after i was on the line holding for 35 minutes. today is the 27th afternoon still with no exam confirmation letter from the institution and i cannot negotiate a short notice leave request with my manager. <br> <br> It's the 27th my exams are in a few days my study leave is still not processed due to the above mentioned, (no exam confirmation letter).<br> <br>
