No delivery of material

On the 27th January 2015 I sent completed application form and all documents requested for registration through to Zanele Shiba who stated that the registration will only take few days and will forward me proof of registration.<br> I waited for more than a week and nothing was sent to me. I sent her an email asking how long does it take for one person to be registered and she told me that I am in the process of being registered and that was the beginning of February.<br> <br> On Tuesday 24th February I called again and my call was put through to Felicia and confirmed that I was registered, I asked her to send me proof of registration, she sent she will email it to me, till to date I haven't received it. <br> I asked Felicia about my study material and she stated that the material is on the way. Its March already, no material, how am I going to submit my assignments if I do not have material? Exams are in less than 2 months, still I haven't received material.<br> This is what I call BAD SERVICE.. from a well-known college.<br>
