No correspondence from a correspondence college

I registered to study with Damelin at the end of January 2019, paid R3000 and the fee for books which I was told would arrive in 21 days. To date nothing has arrived. After numerous attempts to reach them on the 1st of April I sent a cancellation request as I could see that there was no way I could study through Damelin as they never get back to you at all. Nothing happened for months afterwards even with 100s of calls to them from my wife and I. The people in the department in question, Charne and Craig Aziz were never available no matter what time of day you called. Eventually after much threats and complaints, I got Craig to get back to me and he he sent my a cancelation letter where they would now be charging me admin fees adding up to a lot of money because I apparently had access to their material for that time. Even though they were totally wrong, didn't want to lose thousands like that so I took their second option which was to change my course and start again, they gave me some forms and told me to sign and send back by the 29th of July which I did. Then when I followed up, some arrogant person told me it takes three weeks to sort out, eventually after a 100 more calls, I got hold of Dezlyn Benjamin who tried to help but I had to send everything in again because the first set of papers disappeared. After all that I am now informed that the new course I chose off the website is currently not offered even though it's on the website. I just want my money back. This has been 7 months of torture.
