No Communication and No feedback

Good day<br> I feel like the consultants are only friendly before you pay up,because before i made payment for my deposit they used to call me almost everyday,after i made payment for deposit i've never heard anything from the consultan,now i'm the one who has to call or email the consultant everyday using my money,i've never received any feedback from damelin,last time i spoke to Siwathabele Dile she advised that i'll receive my study material with 21 days,meaning i wouldnt know if i didnt do that follow up with her,since shes the person i've been consulting with throughout the whole process,and its now been close to two monts,i'm highly disappointed with the service you providing for clients,i paid a lot of money comparing to treatment im getting, to top it off you still deduct funds from my account i dont even know if my application was approved, i dont even have a ref.number or proof of registration,i sugest you attend this matter urgently,if not i'd requre my refund or else i'll be forced to take this matter futher.And for the record,make sure your consultants communicate with their clients before and even after they make payments,cause now i don't really feel like a payin client
