No communication

I don't get any notifications nor communication. I have not received my exam results since last year June and that means I don't know where stand to date. You guys don't communicate what so ever, Ive called in, sent emails no response but you keep taking my money. Dcc is so *********** and no seems to assist. What is the latest communication during this pandemic? Are you going to write our exams, how do we even submit our assignments??? I need clarity on this!!!!!
