No certificate, it's been years

It has been just over 3 years since I have received my results and no certificate. All the emails get an automated response and should you get a reply, it's a once off. None of the telephone numbers work. I dare one of the share holders or directors to make contact with me to get this resolved. Judging from the many unhappy customers, I should not hold my breath.
