NO CERTIFICATE AFTER 1,5YEARS

Hi everyone<br> <br> I finished my degree with Damelin, last Exam was November 2014, I have since phoned 5 or 6 times regarding a delivery date for the Certificate.<br> Today was just a last straw for me, I phoned again, waited on the line for 45 min AGAIN, Yolanda at Customer services said that they still don't know why I haven't received anything yet but that she has contacted the exams department and they will send me a \Letter of completion\".<br> This I totally unacceptable and I hope a lot of people reads this, I am looking to take this further than just Hello Peter, Sick and tired of the \"so called service\" we just accept without saying anything.<br> People responsible: Nicolette Lawson, Thebogo Mphuti, Yolanda(all at student services)"
