No award Diploma

I started my Bookkeeping and Accounting course in 2014 which was a 2 year course. I finished my exams last year November 2016. After receiving my results in February I was told that it takes 10 weeks to process my award after they have checked that everything is up to date (payments, assignments and passed exams). I have been corresponding with Damelin since February which they tell me it is still being processed. I am still awaiting my Diploma. I have been so disappointed with Damelin, having numerous problems with them. I will never ever suggest or use Damelin again. I need someone to address my problem so that I can get my Diploma out of a course that was fully paid up front. You don’t receive feedback on assignments being submitted, you have to keep on mailing to get your results, and you don’t know your progress unless you ask. Damelin has really given me the runaround for the last 3 years with assignments, exams etc, this is really the worst higher learning institute to study for. I have been emailing and phoning not stop and are not receiving any response, this has been going on for the last 8 months now, I first dealt with Ricardo Khumalo then I was mailed again from Monique August asking for tracking records on assignments that were submitted, which I did supply to her on the 05/08/2017. The only response I received after this to inform me that this has been send to the supervisor of the examination department to provide feedback, to date no feedback has been received, I need this to be resolved as this is effecting my working career and possible growth opportunities.
