No award Diploma

<p>I wrote my last exam for my Human Resources Diploma in May 2016. When I received my results this year I put in a request for my award certificate, my Diploma. The email was sent on the 3 March and I was told it would take 10 weeks. It almost the end of June and I am still waiting for a response. I have called and sent a follow up email, no one returns calls or replies to my email. From the onset I have received appalling service from this institution and have to report them numerous times on Hello Peter before I received assistance. They are the worst higher learning institute to study with and are only interested in our money, when they need you to pay your account then they know how to contact you!!!</p> <p> </p>
