NO AWARD

<p>I have been batling for months to obtain my Diploma, however every week when I phone to follow up, I get the same answer: "We are following up with Cape Town". NOTHING is happening. I have written formal complaints to their complaints department, on their social media and telephonically. What MORE must a person do to get the departments to WAKE UP????</p>
