No assistance/ Response

I sent in my exam entry forms with order for previous exam papers on 16 April 2015 to write the June 2015 exams. I called Damelin student consultants line and spoke with Yolanda which told me they haven't received my entry forms. She will send it through for resolving. After few days and no response I called Damelin again for answers. I explained situation to multiple consultants which one put me through to another. After view days I received on May 26 my previous exam papers but no dates for exams. When I called Damelin student consultants line the line would cut out after few minutes. I then got an another nr for Damelin which one of the switchboard ladies told me my phone was faulty so I called from my work phone as well which it did the same. Eventually one lady tried to assist as much as she could by putting me through to supervisor or the general manager of whom not one was in office any given time I phoned. She emailed the supervisor to call me because of the urgency of the situation. Have not yet received any response. In between I called as well to see if I can get one in the office. Still no luck. I would like to resolve this as soon and friendly as possible. Please help!
