No assistance at all

I studied with Damelin Correspondence College and completed my diploma in the year 2020, till date I have not received my Diploma, for the last two weeks I have been calling every single day, holding on the line for more than 30mins at a time, either when I get to caller 1 my call gets cut or every consultant says they logging a call there's nothing they can do
