No Assistance

Every time I call them for assistance they either not pick up the phone or they do and just end the call immediadely. and when they do pick up and ask how they can assist me i explain but they don't help me. sometimes there is one that actually helps me after I already lost my temper. Same goes for there E-mail they never reply on my E-mails at all. they are supposed to assist the students when needed. I'm Waisting like R 600 airtime every month. I've had enough of this if they can't help me or at least reply. I would like to get my money I've paid back and study somewhere else, where they can assist me and doesn't cause any Issues.
