Never study with damelin

I signed up with damelin last year to do an icb bookkeeping course. Icb advised me to only get the textbooks for the 1st few subjects as they update the syllabus in April of every year. Damelin sent me all the textbooks even though I didn't request the last 2 subjects. Upon phoning they advised me that it wouldn't't be a problem to send updated textbooks this year. I have been trying to get those updated books for my exams in august and have had the poorest lack of response from damelin who eventually advised me that i would have to now pay for new textbooks even though i advised them at the time of my intentions and they supposedly know how icb and the course work goes.<br> i am very disappointed with the lack of service and feedback i have been offered, i will never recommend them to anyone and can't wait to be finished with them (as long as i can pass with my outdated textbooks!)
