Never study or work at Damelin. EVER!!!

Where do I even begin? As I write this, I am beyond shattered. Staff members are supposed to get paid on the last working day of each month, today is the 12th and we have still not received our salaries and you wonder why staff members at this institution lack motivation. We are always paid late with no correspondence from top management as to why and the sad part is that we need to come to work and service the students regardless. The little salaries that we get, they pay us 45 days later. How they expect us to survive? How? And they are not even saying anything
