national certificate in banking not delivered

Good day

In 2016 I studied national certificate in banking with Damelin I finished writing exams September 2016,in December I asked for results I was told my results are missing I must wait and I waited I called in again in January is then I received my results end of January 2017

I asked for certificate I was told I must wait for my file to be verified it takes 6 months I waited and I call again I was told they waiting for my file from Durban I waited until until I was served with retrenchment letter at work because they can't confirm qualification I called again in again Nokuthula Mkhize and Grant stead told me qualification will be verified end of November 2017 I called again and asked I was told the verification dates have changed Worst part they were laughing about it telling me I can go as far as I want to I will wait like everyone else

So I must wait like other students for another 6months I would like to know how long can you wait to get a certificate because now they told me that they waiting for bankseta please advise what is the way forward My branch is in Braamfontein but everything is done at the head office I think I was treated unfairly I really need my certificate before February 2018 I can't wait 6 months
