N4 Certificate

I completed my N4 in Electrical Engineering with Damelin correspondence in 2017. I wrote my papers in East London. My final certificate of completion got lost between East London and the Damelin Correspondence. Since then I've spent hours on the phone to try and get this certificate. Either East London or Pmb office sends me back to Damelin Correspondence, just so that Damelin correspondence sends me back to the offices. Does anyone know where I can get my certificate if it is not from Damelin?
