My Wife successfully completed a short course in June 2016 and is yet to receive her certifice.

We have been going to Damelin College in Pretoria central trying to get my wife's certificate for a short course for over a year. every time we go to their office they always have a excuse why they cannot give us the certificate. We have fully paid damelin for tuition fees.
