My redund

Hi I have a problem with damelin college In centurion,I registerd last year January for a business administration course,They told me there are no enough students for that course almost 4months waiting but they were deducting money in my acc now they dont want to refund me since last year now is almost another year again I am tired of calling them since they told me il get my money on the 12 November 2021 til now this people are cruel.
