MOST USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!

On 30th November I took to social media to express my utmost disgust with the service I have been receiving from Damelin, or should I say non-existent services. <br> <br> Here I am 2 weeks later and nothing has been done to sort this issue out.<br> <br> My name is still listed on ITC as unpaid for over 9 months. I settled the account and they failed to update. 4 days ago Preshavia Naidoo informed me that they would have sent a letter through to Transunion by the same day but I have yet to receive a response from Preshavia ever since. I have no confirmation/proof that they actually updated Transunion as they promised. Damelin is full of empty promises.<br> <br> When is damelin going to sort this out?! It's not their name being tarnished for no reason. It's holiday season and it seems as though they give a flying f*ck about anyone. <br> <br> WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE AND CLEAR MY NAME!?? Is begging for the last 9+ months not enough for you guys to actually assist me?<br> <br>
