Most unproffesional and unhelpful insitute ever

<p>I have registered in 2015 for a National Diploma Course - up to date I have paid every cent due (debit order) - but what have I recieved back from Damelin - ignorance, no response and limited support - how would you ask - I have completed 12 assignments up to date (no such inofmation update on my Student portal - although recorded - so no proof as such (albeit the emails I received back after requesting as such - elctronic emails) - I have written two exams in April/May (up to date no results) - I have requested immediately after the exam (which was written 45 minutes late as Damelin did not know myself and another student were writing at the venue) that the HR exam should be called null/void and I receive the average pass rate as the socalled prescribed book was not available anywhere and although I raised this no one could and/or wanted to assist me so I wrote "blind" - this while I pay quite a substantial amount for my studies - Customer care and student services is non existant - I live far from any sentra therefore studying via Distance learning - but I might as well not study - I want my money back and will get it back via Consumer Act and Legal Aid - I won't stand by while such institutes bully learners to pay but provide no service.</p>
