Damelin correspondence is the most uninterested people to assist in your matters. I have finished months ago with my course and I have settled my account. It's still resulting in my assessments not marked as they don't have someone to mark it, it's delaying my certification and all I've been hearing is we will escalate the problem, they don't get back to me they don't even do something about my matter after assuring me that it only takes 5 days to mark the assessment, at this rate I don't even know when I will get it and my new institution is in need of my certification for credits and In order for me to proceed with my degree. These past few months after knowing I pay my fees every end of the month they still send pills and phone about accounts but don't pick up the phone now after I've settled my account and require the proof of my course.
