Most horrible service

Damelin has been one of the most horrible experiences ever. From the customer service to there studies. I have been having a issue with them for the past 2 years regarding outstanding fees, either there consultants drop on me or unable to help transferring me from department to department. I spent hours months and now going for the second year and my issue has still not been resolved.
