Most Expensive bag, memory card and pens ever

I am very unhappy about what just happened. Previously we were informed that we had to pay R1,008.79 to have it delivered to our destination. I seek your assistance to put me in contact with the relevant person. Now when we received the pack, we had to pay an additional amount of R495.00 to DHL. Night Wing gave the package to DHL to send to our offices without informing us and we had to pay for it. We were never informed about this. We just paid R1,503.79 for a backpack, two pens, one USB and one set of documents. Why not just send the documents via email? Also, the information on the USB could easily been shared using cloud server such as DropBox or OneDrive. The pens and the bag are not worth the amount it cost to get it sent to Thailand. Why not ask the student if they want the bag etc. or not? This could save them money. The files on the USB is a total size of 1.66MB which can fit on a single email. Conclusion : Backpack worth around R100 with free international shipping. USB worth around R80 with free international shipping. Pens worth maximum R10. Coversheets could be printed at home from your website as stated on the sheets. All of this could’ve been less than R200. I would like someone for management to explain the reason behind this. Surely they should know that people living abroad, especially adults, do not care about gifts such as back packs and pens. To us it is about being cost effective and avoiding unnecessary costs. This is unacceptable. Should management not make the effort to contact me within 2 working days, the matter will be handed over to ‘GetClosure’ and ‘HelloPeter’. Although, the late delivery should already be the first reason. There are a number of courses to be signed up for after this one course. We do not want this to happen again in the future. We have cloud servers that we could share to anyone in Damelin to upload the books etc. and avoid these costs. What a complete waste of time and money. Absolutely no response from Damelin since last week.
