money wasted for nothing in Damelin correspondent college

I have disappointed with this college I didn't submit any assignment and I didn't write any exam. but they said I'm must pay 13200 if i want to cancelled the course and paid them even now i did'nt get email to show that my account is cancelled with them and my money went to the drain like that and they declined my application for my bond because they said I'm owing the this college if you want to study to this college please think twice guys my money just went like that.
