money payed in full yet handed over to dept collecter

<p>hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>received an SMS stating i owe money, phoned to ask for what i was transfered 4 times and had to wait each time longer that 4minuts , spoke to lady at accounts department( Monique Augest) on the 30th march.</p> <p>she stated i owe money for 3 exams . i stated i have only writhen 2 and money was payed even before writhing. she then sayed she will fix this matter and get them to take off the one i did not wright, i just had to send Prove of payment, this i done while on the call. i had no feed back and i cant get through to accounts department , have waited for more than 1 hour this week on diffrent times and days.</p>
