Money for no education

So I am trying to finish my first year Diploma. I paid my course fees in full to open up some cash flow.

I requested my exam tables as promised on the notice board from my DCC student portal. Guess what, I am not registered with DCC, I am just an online student. They failed me because of assignments not submitted, but it was and I have multiple queries open where I resent it and involved call centre agents. Still they do not budge. They just want your money, they do not care about students or student wellfare. They just want money. It is the worst experience I have had with a correspondence college ever.

DO NOT USE this place, someone beter investigate their finances as I am sure someone is getting rich. Not even the normal Damelin branches want anything to do with DCC.

You wasted R16000 of my hard earned money and a full year of my life.
