Missing a semester!

I have just spoken to a student consultant Dezlyn Benjamin from student services she was extremely unhelpful, I called in to inquire about examination dates and the reason I had not been sent registration forms for the June 2021 semester and have been advised this was sent out already - there is nothing on my student portal and no correspondence over email from Damelin! I am now going to lose a semester due to Damelins incompetence!
