I registered with damelin correspondence in march 2017 NQFL5 business communication ,it is said to be an 18 month course. Damelin correspondence offers online tutors ,which i was not allowed to call them but only email and they will call me back . When ever i needed help woth a question or anything concerning my course ,i was given incorrect information by the tutor online. I received a usb with all my notes for all my subjects ,i printed everything to have hard copies as well. February 2019 i found out that i received 0 % for my assignments for financial accounting 1 . Firstly i did not receive the assignments on the usb or in email ,i then contacted my tutor and he also said that there are no assignments for that subject. Damelin correspondence is very unfair ,i studied very hard ,their examinations were so difficult and i had no one helping and guiding me online ! My parents paid my total amount of my course in full in 2017 with no complaints ,and this is what damelin does to theor students! I need to pay damelin an amount of R1350 for November 2018 exams ,but i refuse to pay until they remark my work or condone me or something . I've been trying to get hold of a lady by the name of YOLANDA but apparently she does not answer calls at all ,i emailed her and she does not respond . My tutors name is sinako ,and he also was no help . This has gone so far my parents are putting damelin in the news paper and also got lawyers . damelin correspondence is unfair and i wouldnt recommend anyone to them .
