I am still waiting for the correct statement to be sent to me when I go to the branch they put me in the phone to speak to someone from head office which never happens because they don't pick up.

Meena Govender please don't respond to this with that useless email address that is your generic response to every complaint. Obviously you're still trying to pretend to be an institution that takes such grievances seriously but your actions have proven otherwise.
